Frequently Asked Questions

TATTOO FAQ

How do I book an appointment?

You can book directly through our website, Instagram, or by contacting your artist. A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes, when artists are available. Walk-in availability is posted on our Instagram stories.

How much do tattoos cost?

Pricing varies by artist, size, detail, and placement. Most small tattoos start at $120 (shop minimum) and larger or custom pieces are quoted individually.

Do I need a deposit?

Yes. Most deposits are $100, with smaller deposits for flash appointments. Deposits apply toward the total price and are non-refundable. Rescheduling requires 48 hours’ notice.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

Eat beforehand, hydrate, avoid alcohol for 24 hours, and arrive clean with valid ID.

What forms of ID do you accept?

Any valid, government-issued ID with a photo and birthdate (driver’s license, state ID, passport, etc.).

Can I get tattooed if I’m under 18 with parental consent?

No. Washington State law does not allow tattooing minors, even with parent consent.

Can I bring a friend?

One support person is okay as long as they don’t interfere with the artist. For piercings, minors may have one parent/guardian present.

Do tattoos hurt?

Pain varies by placement and person, but we do everything possible to keep you comfortable.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

48 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit.

How do I care for my tattoo?

Your artist will review aftercare with you and provide written instructions.

Piercing FAQ

Do you pierce minors?

Yes, for piercings allowed by Washington law. A parent or legal guardian must be present with valid ID and proof of guardianship.

Do piercings require an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are recommended during busy hours.

What jewelry do you use?

We only use implant-grade, high-quality materials appropriate for fresh piercings.

How long does healing take?

Each piercing has its own timeline. We’ll give you detailed aftercare instructions and schedule check-ins as needed.

Can I bring my own jewelry?

For safety reasons, we do not use outside jewelry for initial piercings.

Shop Policies

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, debit/credit, tap-to-pay, Apple Pay/Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay and gift cards/certificates.

Can I return merchandise?

Most merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Aftercare products and jewelry are final sale.

Most artists offer one free touch-up within a set period (typically 60–90 days). Some exclusions apply.

Health & Safety

Is your shop sterile and licensed?
